Chuẩn bị một cái chảo, cho 3 muỗng cà phê dầu ăn vào đun nóng rồi trút cà chua đã cắt vào sốt, khi cà chua mềm nhuyễn thì cho tương ớt, 1/2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường vào đảo đều khoảng 3 phút.
Cho thịt gà đã chiên vào đảo đều và rim trong khoảng 15 phút là gà viên đã ngấm sốt.
Gà viên lá mắc mật sốt cà chua đã chín, múc ra đĩa xếp dưa leo và cà chua trang trí thêm hấp dẫn nhé!
