Đun nóng già dầu ăn với lửa vừa, cho tôm vào chiên ngập dầu đến khi vỏ bánh chín giòn rụm. Dùng nóng với các loại salad. Nếu cảm thấy nhạt thì có thể chấm cùng tương ớt hoặc nước tương hay nước mắm tùy thích.
